My mission, if I choose to accept it, is to make my Lame Post Friday Post on Friday, not early Saturday morning. Making the challenge more difficult is that I am pecking this in (can’t really call it typing on the Tablet, yesterday’s Truman Capote reference notwithstanding) during commercials of an episode of Dateline: Secrets Uncovered. I loves me some Dateline. Additionally I have once again misplaced my stylus pen so am pecking with my finger. Very annoying.
Just thought I’d throw in a picture to pep things up. I don’t think I have done monsters this week, and this one is appropriate to the day.
This is a depiction of me feeling buried by my own inability to deal with my problems. I cannot in good conscience say I am buried with problems. As usual with me, it is operator error every time.
But never mind such discouraging thoughts. It is Friday, a day to enjoy, especially when one is blessed, as I am, with a Monday through Friday job. Then again, is not every day a good day to enjoy? There is some half-baked philosophy, which as regular readers know is the purview of Lame Post Friday (I feel so erudite using a word like purview). I wonder if I can find one more picture to pull this all together.
Yes, I am enjoying a glass of wine, although not rose and not in a glass from Prospect Falls Winery. Hmmm, that would be a nice place to go on Saturday (preview of coming attractions). Happy Friday, everyone!
